so Dec. 5 was international day of the ninja...and my buddy Matt got us on the list to go check out ask a ninja LIVE...it was intensely awesome...Heather and I went...we got pretty close up and got a chance to see Hard N Phirm...if you haven't heard of these guys look them up, I guarantee you won't be disappointed ...also one of the headliners was Paton Oswold...he even did his Star wars and KFC bit...frikin great...and to finish up a great show was the ninja himself...he killed Kent in the end...which he deserved...but seriously it was insane...they projected him onto a screen live from back stage so they could still jump cut him...nice...

Ok so today was pretty frikin sweet...I got to go and help shoot some b roll for the upcoming Narnia film over at howard Berger's studio KNB...it was crazy fun...saw some of the new concept art and sculpture...here's a few crazy awesome pics of some of the creatures around the studio, including Frenzy from Transformers, spawn and the minitor from the first narnia....howard was cool enough to jump in the photo with me....so yea, if that wasn't enough he also gave me one of the horn prototypes for a satyr character in prince caspian....all and all a crazy awsome day..

so yea here's the coolest shit ever...heather and i were at this Vintage book and artwork store where she picked up this killer amazing Wizard of Oz poster from the 1960 re release of the film...and in the back we found this...its by far one of the things i've seen ever...(not really but still cool) it's a vintage poster from the Barnum and Bailey circus...back when Kong was fresh on the minds of the adoring public... oh yea..new vlog probably showing up tomorrow night...ha
So just to lay it out there, i've been searching for this print for 2 years...Ragnar, one of my favorite artists, did this series a few years back and House of Secrets was selling these bad boys for 150 each, but then the stupid Van Eaton gallery came along and made all of his art exclusive and is now charging somewhere in the range of 450...its pretty big and i love it...much props to Paul at house of secrets for letting me take this off his hands...if you havn't been to HOS you need to go...its seriously the shit....woo

yes...I have officially jumped onto the blog bandwagon...really all i can do here is post some of my photos I take around Cali, and maybe update on some current project news...for instance...I'm currently doing another trailer for Enchanted, disney's flick coming out in Nov 07...its a pretty sweet film, it will definitely bring out the kid in you...kind of like that cereal...shredded wheat...god i hated the tiger from frosted flakes...who the fuck wears neckerchiefs...who i ask you...
